Job Responsibilities:
- Supports the HR Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the human resources department.
- Managing recruitment & onboarding, employee engagement, training development, industrial relations, HR Administration, and HR policy & compliance implementation within the company.
- Ensures that HR practices align with the organization's strategic goals and labour regulations
- Assist HR Manager to develop and manage effective industrial relations strategies (ensuring compliance with labour regulations, facilitating communication between management and employees, and handling disputes and negotiations).
- Any other tasks/projects that may be assigned from time to time.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Certified Human Resources Management Professional (CHRMP) certification.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedure.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and government regulations. Strong negotiation and mediation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer Literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, MS. Power Point).
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High level of confidentiality and ethical standards
- A dedicated person with high level of integrity.
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
