Our client is a leading digital design and development company headquartered in Japan. Specializing in UX/UI design, digital marketing, and service development, they are driving innovation in digital transformation for clients worldwide.

Job responsibilities:

Negotiate with clients to define project goals
Conduct research through questionnaire design and interviews
Plan and facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams
Create personas and customer journey maps
Develop storyboards to visualize user experiences
Prepare executive reports to summarize findings
Define project requirements and MVP
Design user interfaces and ensure high-quality UI design
Conduct user testing and refine the user experience
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and collaboration
Establish systems for service operation and maintenance

Job Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B or experience as a Product Manager
Aged between 24-29 years old
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch app, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
Passionate about UX design
Able to make data-driven design decisions
Proficient in Japanese language
Proactive with strong initiative
Strong work ethic and principled attitude
Honest and reliable
Team player with a good sense of responsibility and commitment
Willing to relocate to Tokyo, Japan
