Hello jobseekers! We are currently assisting one of our clients in multinational IT service company to find a SAP TM to join their team to help tackle their various projects.

Our Clients :
Our client is a global technology and IT services provider headquartered in Vietnam, with $1 billion in revenue (2023) and over 30,000 employees in 30 countries.

Requirements :

Minimum of 10 years of experience on SAP with strong focus in SAP Logistics Execution - Transportation and integration to Sales & Distribution (SD)
At least 2 SAP full cycle SAP implementations/roll-out experience, and production incident support
Strong familiarity on the end to end process from order to cash up to transportation/dispatch e.g. shipment document, costing, transportation-related master data such as route/route schedule, transportation zone, delivery scheduling, customer receiving hours
ABAP skills for functional is an advantage as well as exposure on IDOC standard and customization
Analytical, resourceful and can drive requirements gathering, process and solution presentation and discussion with internal teams and business stakeholders

Job Descriptions :

Work closely with business users to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements through research and fact-finding.
Understand and document business processes and identify areas for system improvement or optimization.
Lead the collection of business requirements and map new business processes in the SAP system Develop, modify, and configure the SAP system to support OTC-related processes in SAP LE – Transportation.
Ensure new system designs do not negatively impact existing functionality.
Create and set configuration tables and document configuration decisions.
Develop prototypes and simulate new processes to meet business requirements
Develop test scenarios and implement test plans to validate the functionality of the designed solutions.
Assist programmers with testing the functionality of programs and ensure thorough validation of solutions before deployment.
Ensure that tested changes are properly transferred to the production environment following appropriate change management procedures.
Obtain written client approval for changes and validate that new business processes operate effectively within the integrated system.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the SAP production environment, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Track, resolve, and close service tickets within agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).
Respond to user inquiries and provide guidance on best practices and solutions within SAP LE – Transportation.
