Hello jobseekers!  We are currently assisting one of our clients in multinational IT service company to find a Senior IT Sales Manager  to join their team to help tackle their various projects.

Our client is a global technology and IT services provider headquartered in Vietnam, with $1 billion in revenue (2023) and over 30,000 employees in 30 countries.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand
    market share.
  • Coach and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and presentations for potential
    clients.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and
    relationship building.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client’s business needs and pain points to position our IT
    solutions effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving
    technology requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on how our
    solutions can address their challenges and drive business value.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand
    market share.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify
    opportunities and mitigate challenges.
  • Plan and join the marketing activities and generate opportunities.
  • Accurately forecast sales pipeline and revenue projections.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, activities, and market feedback to the
    executive team.
Job Requirements:
  • Nationality of Indonesia.
  • Strong network of industry contacts in the IT sector.
  • Proven record of at least 7 years in Software Solution and IT professional service sales, with
    at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience working for a global company serving the Indonesian market for at least 3 years.
  • Experience handling stakeholders from the Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, or FMCG
    sectors.
  • Results-oriented, strong problem-solving skills and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Professional English (TOIEC 850+ or equivalents).
  • MBA degree is highly preferred.
