Hello jobseekers! One of our ATM System client in the tech industry is looking for a Marketing Event to join their team with the following details:

Client Details :

As a leading company in ATMs, they have created and globally deployed innovations leading to greater efficiency and improved service for financial institutions and other customers and users, including establishing a culture of banknote recycling in many countries and regions through cash recycling ATMs.

Requirements :
  • Perform analyze, survey, and market research regarding latest market trends thus HCS-IDN sales team could enter the right market; especially for Digital Payment Business (merchant and POS business).
  • Finding the business position and competition of HCS-IDN products and solutions comparing to the competitors by making a matrix comparison analysis.
  • Building communication and relationships with HCS-IDN customers:
  1. Banking customer (e.g. create a video contain banking customers experience when using Hitachi CRM or TCR
  2. Merchant (eg. create a video of the merchant experience using Hitachi POS)
  3. Partnership (eg. create a video of partner experience of growing and developing with HCS-IDN)
  • Leading and ensuring the success of all marketing event preparations and executions. Designing marketing and promotional materials for events.
  • Perform cost calculation (P&L) for all marketing activity & events, and perform evaluation after the events.
  • Conduct branding and marketing campaigns to promote Hitachi POS brand by creating an event. Example of the even
  1. Participate in Big Event Exhibition (eg. SIAL Interfood 2024, FHI 2024, etc.)
  2. Participate in Banking events (eg. BCA food culinary, CIMB Food Culinary, etc.)
  3. Cooperate with the government (Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy and the Ministry of SME & Cooperatives) by participating in MSME events and seminars.
  4. Actively participate in community events (eg. Bicycle Community, Super Car Community, Super bike Community, Barista Community, etc.) to promote Hitachi POS.
  5. Campus to Campus Trip for promotion (considering latest trend that several young entrepreneurs open the F&B business after they graduate from college).
  • Create an event for existing merchant periodically (eg. quarter basis) where HCS-IDN team can share about product roadmap & improvement, support & coverage, and to gathering customer feedbacks.
  • Collaborate with HR team to support all internal company events.
Job Descriptions :
  • Bachelor's degree in any major
  • Having strong experiences in marketing & event management (min. 5 years).
  • Possess strong follow-up skills, the ability to work on multiple projects, and attention to details.
  • Have creativity in identifying targets as well as designing marketing promotion materials and campaigns.
  • Have the ability to analyze and be able to make policies based on data gathered after the events.
  • Keep up-to-date with the emerging trends in technology, consumer behavior, online/offline marketing, as well as performance measurement.
  • Manage various company brands or products to create promotions to increase brand awareness.
  • Responsible for planning and budget control in all marketing activities & events.
  • Must have computer skills in MS Office and other Applications to support marketing activities & events.
  • Having good relationship with Communities and Ministries (Ministry of Tourism and Creative Industry, Ministry of SME & Cooperatives) is a big plus.
